Long day of riding. We got stopped for two parades that shut down highway 26 in Dayville and Prairie City. The parade in PC included race cars, demolition derby cars and a General Lee car. The race cars were revving their engines for the kids when one blew the engine; oil & smoke everywhere! The blown Chevy got pushed along by the Ford behind him. That is the kind of thing that you NEVER live down in a small town.
Trish took pictures in a ghost town and a Yellow jacket stung me in the armpit :(
We are staying at the historic Grand Geiser in Baker City. Dinner in the five star at six pm.
